Other projects we have completed:

• Installed fourteen split-systems on a six-story building
• Reworked existing HVAC system for a new tenant including adding HEPA filtration and paint booth hood
• Install 300’ of sewer and water lines and ground rough top rough on building
• Repair 300’ of buried water main and performed ground, top, and finish
• Installed two split systems and reworked duct for an administrative office
• Installed chlorine exhaust system with new chlorine sensor and tied to existing control system

• Excavated and replaced 80’ of fire main
• Maintain and service large VRF system for multifamily building
• Service and maintain 75-ton and 20-ton Trane Intellipack Roof Top Units

• Industrial location complete renovation of restrooms and maintenance
• Installed 1000’ of recirculation line and pumps at a local school district
• 5-story extended stay hotel renovation. Including install and commission of vertical stack fan coil units with full chill water and hot water system
• Complete maintenance and repair of HVAC systems at a private data center. Including managing and maintaining critical temperature, humidification, and dehumidification systems.
• HVAC system refit/redesign of four Roof Top Units for a customer with a dog boarding business
• Controls upgrades
• Contract plumbing services as part of the City of Kansas City, MO “Keep the Rainwater Out” project
• 110-ton HVAC replacement on a commercial building
